What are the benefits of GoGig Fiber internet?
- GoGig fiber internet enables all of your devices in your home connected at the same time.
- GoGig fiber internet is less susceptible to interruptions in service due to weather.

Why should I pre-order GoGig fiber internet?
- In order for us to start building fiber into your Giggytown, we need to have 60% of the homes pre-registered. This allows us to know where the interest from customers is and helps us determine where to start first.
What is a Giggytown?
- A Giggytown is the section of the county you are in.
How does GoGig deliver the internet to my home?
- Once 60% of your Giggytown has pre-ordered, we begin the process of delivering fiber either underground or aerial on existing power poles. If you currently get your power service off a pole above ground to your home we would likely deliver your fiber in the same way. If your power lines are underground then we will bring the fiber to your home that way. From there, one of our professional technicians will come to your home (following all necessary COVID precautions) to install and test your connection.
Once my Giggytown hits the 60% mark, how long will it take for me to get GoGig fiber internet?
- Our goal is to get the fiber to you as quickly as possible. Every Giggytown is different so we always update our customers as often as possible about the status of their project.
What can I do to speed up how quickly I can get GoGig's Blazing fast fiber internet?
- The best way to speed up your project is to share the link below with your neighbors. The sooner your Giggytown gets to 60% of the homes and businesses pre-ordered, the sooner we can bring you the Gig!

I have pre-ordered, now what?
- Once your Giggytown gets to 60% of its giggizens pre-ordered, we start building the fiber to you. In the meantime, you can share the wonder of GoGig with your friends, family, and neighbors. You can do that by email, phone call, text, or smoke signal but we have provided an easy way to do that below.
